By making your purchase, you agree to the terms and policies. We take pride in providing you with finest quality products and excellent customer service. We offer a 10-days return policy from the date you receive your products. We would gladly exchange your products or credit/refund your order less shipping charges as long as the product is not used or opened and sealed in its original package or box. All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (including the shipping charges of returning the products to us) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the event you return an order that you received Free Shipping and Handling from Elite Skin Care, a Shipping and Handling charges of $10 will be deducted from your credit in addition to the 20% restocking fee. We do not offer Free Shipping and Handling for canceled or returned order. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for a $15 return shipping fee. If you received a free gift with your order, the free gift has to be returned unopened with the returned product otherwise you will be charged for the free gift.


We appreciate if you notify us prior to returning any items. Please email us to obtain a RMA number for all possible returns. Return will not be accepted without the RMA number. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the expense of the sender. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issuance. We must receive the products within 10 days from the issuance date of the RMA to consider the RMA valid. Please keep the carrier's tracking numbers for your records.

Once the order is placed and you do not cancel the order the same day or if the order has been shipped, you will be subject to the following cancellation charges. Please email us for order cancellation.

3% credit card processing fee or a minimum cancellation charge of $25.00 plus the shipping charges for sending and returning. If you do not accept delivery of the package and the package is return to us, this will be considered as order cancellation and you will be subject to the cancellation charge.

As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to your requirements and specifications; in return, we would like you treat the order seriously.
