Since we order our products frequently from the U.S. distributors, our products are always fresh and have not been stock on shelves for months. In addition, you will receive the latest and newest additions of the products. Our spa is a well trusted and reputable spa that has been established since 1993. Is shopping online secure with Elite Skin Care?

Although I have login when I came to the site, why do I have to login again with my password when I am ready to checkout?
For security reason when you are ready to checkout, the site would require you to login again with your password to ensure that the same person who login initially are now checking out.

What do I do if I cannot find the products I am looking for?
You will find a listing of the skin care brands on the left column of the product page. You can also use the Search function on the top right hand corner of the page to find a particular product. If you are not able to find the product you are looking for, please email us on the Contact Us page. We may be able to place a special order for the products you like.

Will I get samples with my order?
Samples are always included with your order. If you have specific product samples you like to try, please let us know in the customer note section of your order and we will include those samples for you in your order subject to availability.

What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard and we can only accept credit card issued by a U.S. bank. Please make sure you enter the correct billing address (the same address as your credit card statement). We suggest that you do not use your debit card for ordering because the bank will hold your funds if the order does not go through.

What are my shipping options?
We offer FedEx Ground shipping, USPS and FedEx 2 Day shipping. Ground shipping delivery normally takes 5-7 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is not required for states outside of California.

Do you ship to International locations?
We do not ship to International locations. We have to respect other distributors and their retailers for their geographic rights of distribution.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours for in stock items except on holidays and weekends. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you have questions on your order, please email us since that will give us time to research the information on your order.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam mail folder since the email may have gone to your spam mail folder or contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email from us or FedEx to provide you with the shipment details. Please check your emails for shipment status and tracking information. Please note that sometimes your email filter may send the shipment email to your spam mail folder.

Will I receive a promo coupon code for specials?
Elite Skin Care customers will be notified of promotion specials by email. Please make sure you subscribe to our newsletter. Special offers usually cannot be combined with other offers or be applied to previous orders. Please note that coupon code can be discontinued or changed without further notice and must be entered at time of order. We will not be able to adjust your order with the coupon code offer once the order is placed.

What do I do if I am having problems placing the order?
Sometimes the problems could be caused by the Internet browser. Try to delete the internet cookies to clear your browser history or open a new browser before placing the order again.
