Elite Skin Care is not responsible for errors in typography and or photography. All orders for in stock items are usually processed on the next business day. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order. Another email will be sent to you upon shipment of your order.
CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
For all orders, the billing address will be verified with the credit card company. If the billing address is incorrect and does not match to the billing address of your credit card (the same address of the your credit card statement), your order will not go through. The accuracy of the billing address is the responsibility of the cardholder. We will only ship to the billing address that is verifiable. This policy is a security measure strictly to protect you, as well as the merchant against Internet and credit card frauds. We gladly accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard and we can only accept credit card issued by a U.S. bank. We suggest that you do not use your debit card for ordering because the bank will hold your funds if the order does not go through. We understand this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it is in place for your credit protection. We hope you understand our concerns and thank you for your cooperation. Elite Skin Care reserves the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
All online transactions at Elite Skin Care are handled and secured with industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption. This website has been awarded GeoTrust and McAfee Secure Site seal that you can shop with confidence knowing that this website is secured from hackers threats. You can click and verify our security seal.
We offer free domestic ground shipping for orders over $100. For orders over $100 that receives free domestic ground shipping, we have the option to ship the products via FedEX Ground service or U.S. Postal Office. Additional charges would apply if you want the products to be shipped by Priority mail, FedEx 2 Day Express or Overnight service. UPS or FedEx 2 Day Express excludes delivery for Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. Signature would be required for all express shipment delivery. If you require Saturday or overnight delivery, please contact us for quote. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be shipped by Priority mail for a flat $10 fee. If the incorrect shipping address is entered, there will be additional $15 shipping charges for address correction. All in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Once we shipped the products and provided proof of delivery confirmation or tracking confirmation that shows the products have been delivered, we are not responsible if the product is lost or stolen. All damages or short shipment must be reported to us within 48 hours upon receipt of the products.
We take pride in providing you with finest quality products and excellent customer service. We offer a 10-days return policy from the date you receive your products. We would gladly exchange your products or credit/refund your order less shipping charges as long as the product is not used or opened and sealed in its original package or box. All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (including the shipping charges of returning the products to us) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In the event you return an order that you received Free Shipping and Handling from Elite Skin Care, a Shipping and Handling charges of $15 and FedEx return charges will be deducted from your credit in addition to the 20% restocking fee. We do not offer Free Shipping and Handling for canceled or returned order. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for a $15 return shipping fee. If you received a free gift with your order, the free gift has to be returned unopened with the returned product otherwise you will be charged for the free gift.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
We appreciate if you notify us prior to returning any items. Please email us to obtain a RMA number for all possible returns. Return will not be accepted without the RMA number. All unauthorized returns will be refused or disposed. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issuance. We must receive the products within 10 days from the issuance date of the RMA to consider the RMA valid. Please keep the carrier's tracking numbers for your records.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Once the order is placed and you do not cancel the order the same day or if the order has been shipped, you will be subject to the following cancellation charges. Please email us for order cancellation.
3% credit card processing fee or a minimum cancellation charge of $25.00 plus the shipping charges. If you do not accept delivery of the package and the package is return to us, this will be considered as order cancellation and you will be subject to the cancellation charge.
As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to your requirements and specifications; in return, we would like you treat the order seriously. There is no exception to these charges. If you have any questions on your order or our products, you can email us and you will receive a response from us usually within 24 hour.
