Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. Elite Skin Care is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. All orders for in stock items are usually processed on the next business day. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order. A further email will be sent to notify you the shipping status.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION:
For all orders, your billing address will be verified with the credit card company. If the billing address is incorrect and does not match to the billing address of your credit card, your order will be placed on HOLD. We will then contact you either by phone or E-mail. The accuracy of the billing address is the responsibility of the cardholder. We only ship to a billing address that is verifiable. This policy is a security measure done strictly to protect consumers, as well as merchants, against Internet and credit card frauds. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it is in place for your credit protection. We hope you understand our concerns and thank you for your cooperation. Elite skin care reserves the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

We gladly accept the following payment methods and all online transactions at Elite Skin Care are handled and secured with industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption:

SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer free standard domestic shipping for orders over $100. For orders over $100 that receives free standard domestic shipping, we have the option to ship the products via UPS Ground service or U.S. Postal Office. Additional charges apply to free shipping if you want the products to be shipped by Priority mail or UPS 2 Day Air service. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be shipped by Priority mail for a flat $10 shipping fee. All in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Once we shipped the products and provided proof of delivery confirmation or tracking confirmation that shows the products have been delivered, we will not be responsible if the merchandise is lost or stolen. All damages or short shipment must be reported to us within 48 hours upon receipt of products.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing you with fine quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not pleased with any of our products, we offer a 10-days return policy from the date you receive your products. We will gladly exchange your purchase or credit/refund your order less shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (both on returning back to us and shipping it back to the customer) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the event that you return an order which you have received Free Shipping and Handling from Elite Skin Care, a Shipping and Handling charges of $10 will be deducted from your credit in addition to the 20% restocking fee. We do not offer Free Shipping and Handling for canceled or returned order.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
We would appreciate if you would let us know prior to returning any items so that we will expect your package for processing. Please email us to first obtain a RMA number for all possible returns. Otherwise, no return will be accepted. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the expense of the sender. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issuance. We must receive the merchandise within 10 days to consider the RMA valid. Please keep the carrier's tracking numbers for your records.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Please email us for order cancellation. If your order has been shipped, you are responsible to pay for the following cancellation charges:

3% credit card processing fee or a minimum cancellation charge of $25.00 plus the shipping charges. If you refuse to accept delivery of the package and the package is return to us, this will be considered as order cancellation and you will be subject to the cancellation charge.

As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers' requirements and specifications; in return, we would like the customer to treat the order seriously. There is no exception to these charges. If you have any questions on your order or our products, you can email us and you will receive a response from us usually within 24 hour.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Elite Skin Care is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using this information responsibly. We greatly respect your privacy and we do NOT sell or share our customer information with other companies. Except to verify credit card information to complete your order, we do not use or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose.
